At NTRL Diffuser Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility for Full Refund
- Products must be unused and in their original sealed packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Opened Products
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations after trying it. Opened products are eligible for store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in reasonable condition with original packaging.

- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
Return Shipping
Free return shipping within Canada. We will provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns shipped from Canadian addresses. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the product back using the provided instructions

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. Please include photos of the damaged item when contacting us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
