These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website ntrldiffuser.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from NTRL Diffuser Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

By using our Site and purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that:

We do not sell products to individuals under the age of 19. If we learn that a person under 19 has made a purchase on our Site, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

2.1 Product Description

NTRL Diffuser Co sells zero-nicotine botanical wellness diffusers and related products, including botanical blend cartridges in various scents (such as Lavender Berry, O.M.G, Raspberry Lemon, Spearmint, and Vanilla). Our products are personal aromatherapy devices designed to deliver botanical and essential oil blends through inhalation.

2.2 Wellness Disclaimer

Our products are wellness and aromatherapy devices. They are NOT medical devices, smoking cessation products, or tobacco products.

  • Our diffusers contain zero nicotine and are not intended as substitutes for cigarettes, vapes, or any other tobacco or nicotine products
  • We make no medical or health claims regarding our products. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
  • The botanical and essential oil blends used in our diffusers are for aromatherapy and personal wellness enjoyment only
  • If you have any health conditions, allergies, respiratory issues, or are pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare provider before using our products
  • Our products have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory body for medical purposes
  • Individual experiences with aromatherapy may vary. Any testimonials or reviews on our Site reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific results

2.3 Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on our Site, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content on our Site are error-free, complete, or current. Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for:

All prices on our Site are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

Applicable taxes (GST/HST for Canadian orders, and any applicable state or local taxes for US orders) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International customers may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes as described in our Shipping Policy.

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to:

If we cancel or decline your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any charges already processed.
